Sponsored by Historic Tacoma and led by Pretty Gritty Tours, the tour is approximately one hour and explores some of the oldest, most iconic, and most mysterious parts of the neighborhood.

Originally planned as a walking tour, the program was instead produced as a virtual tour due to the pandemic-related restrictions on large public assembly events. The tour was broadcast on Facebook and YouTube on Sunday, May 17, 2020; it was part of the City's Historic Preservation Month schedule of events. If you missed the presentation, it is archived and available on YouTube or you can view it below.

Historic Tacoma thanks the Pierce County Landmarks & Historic Preservation Commission and the Tacoma Historic Preservation Office for their support of this event. Discover more Historic Preservation Month events at www.HPMonthTacoma.com.
